ABOUT SMILING WISDOM During a cancer scare, I felt it was important to write letters to my loved ones in case I didn't survive. I couldn't accomplish the letters at the time, as saying goodbye felt like giving in to the disease and giving up hope. After becoming a life coach with a specialty in end-of-life coaching, I learned that many clients struggled with the same paralysis of words.
